3.2.2 <BLOCKQUOTE>

We can indicate quoted text in the document using the BLOCKQUOTE and   Q elements.

BLOCKQUOTE is used for long quotations and is   displayed as   an indented   paragraph. If   the  quotations  are  short  and  does   not  require  paragraph   breaks, the  Q element  works  fine. When using the Q element, delimiting quotation marks must be specified.
